HERRO (Haplotype-aware ERRor Correction) vrlo je precizan, haplotip alat za duboko učenje za ispravljanje pogrešaka Nanopore R10.4.1, Kit 14 očitavanja (preporučuje se duljina od ≥ 10000 bp).
