Upute na hrvatskom jeziku

Za prijavu u Hrčak OJS putem AAI/eduGAIN ili ORCID korisničkog računa, molimo slijediti ove upute:

  1. Na adresi https://ojs.srce.hr/, ili na adresi konkretnog časopisa na Hrčak OJS-u, kliknuti na “Register” ili “Login” 
  2. Odabrati način na koji se želite prijaviti:
    1. eduGAIN login (obuhvaća i AAI prijavu)
    2. Sign in with Orcid
  3. Unijeti tražene pristupne podatke. Tu je potrebno unijeti svoje postojeće AAI/eduGAIN ili ORCID korisničko ime i lozinku.
  4. Nakon prijave:
    1. ako već imate account na Hrčak OJS-u, odabrati “Yes, I already have an account.” te unijeti tražene podatke – korisničko ime i lozinku – s kojima ste se prethodno prijavljivali u Hrčak OJS. 
    2. ako nemate account na Hrčak OJS-u, odabrati “No, I’m new to HRČAK OJS : Open access journals system.” i upisati podatke s kojima se želite registrirati u Hrčak OJS-u. 
  5. Svaki sljedeći login u Hrčak OJS bi trebao voditi izravno u vaš postojeći ili novokreirani korisnički račun na OJS-u.

  1. Nemam niti jedan od navedenih korisničkih računa, kako se mogu prijaviti u Hrčak OJS?

    Za prijavu u Hrčak OJS nakon 12. prosinca 2025. godine obavezno je koristiti AAI/eduGAIN ili ORCID korisnički račun.

    Korisnici koji nisu povezani niti s jednom ustanovom u Hrvatskoj ili izvan Hrvatske koja pruža AAI/eduGAIN elektronički identitet mogu otvoriti besplatan korisnički račun u sustavu ORCID. ORCID je besplatan, jedinstveni i trajni identifikator istraživača i suradnika čije korištenje će omogućiti bolju vidljivost autora i interoperabilnost širokog kruga informacijskih sustava. Registracija u sustavu ORCID odrađuje se putem obrasca na adresi: https://orcid.org/register

  2. Želim povezati svoj korisnički račun na Hrčak OJS-u s ORCID korisničkim računom, no moram upisati lozinku koju ne znam. Kako da saznam koja je moja lozinka?

    Ako ste prijavljeni u sustav, potrebno je najprije odjaviti se. Za postavljanje nove lozinke potrebno je na adresi https://ojs.srce.hr/, ili na adresi konkretnog časopisa na Hrčak OJS-u, kliknuti na „Login“. Zatim je potrebno upisati svoje korisničko ime (Username) i odabrati „Forgot your password?“. Na Vašu e-mail adresu stići će poveznica putem koje možete postaviti novu lozinku.


Instructions in English

To log in to HRČAK OJS using an AAI/eduGAIN or ORCID account, please follow these instructions:

  1. On the address https://ojs.srce.hr/, or on the page of a specific journal on HRČAK OJS, click “Register” or “Login.”
  2. Select the method you want to use to sign in:
    1. eduGAIN login
    2. Sign in with ORCID
  3. Enter the required access credentials. Here you need to enter your existing eduGAIN or ORCID username and password.
  4. After logging in:
    1. If you already have an account on HRČAK OJS, select “Yes, I already have an account.” and enter the requested information — the username and password you previously used to log in to HRČAK OJS.
    2. If you do not have an account on HRČAK OJS, select “No, I’m new to HRČAK OJS: Open access journals system.” and enter the information you want to use to register in HRČAK OJS.
  5. Every next login to HRČAK OJS should take you directly to your existing or newly created OJS account.


Frequently asked questions

  1. I don’t have any of the listed accounts. How can I log in to HRČAK OJS?

    Starting December 12, 2025, logging in to HRČAK OJS requires an electronic identity included in eduGAIN or ORCID account.

    Users who are not affiliated with any institution in Croatia or abroad that provides an eduGAIN electronic identity can create a free ORCID account. ORCID is a free, unique, and persistent identifier for researchers and collaborators. Using ORCID improves author visibility and enables interoperability across a wide range of information systems. Registration is done via the form here: https://orcid.org/register

  2. What if I have an eduGAIN account, but still cannot log in to HRČAK OJS and receive an error?

    To log in to HRČAK OJS, your Identity Provider (IdP) must provide the following attributes for your account:

    The most likely cause of the error is that your Identity Provider is not sending all the required attributes. Please verify this information directly with your Identity Provider.

    On the list of service providers at https://technical.edugain.org/status, find the service provider for your country. On the service provider’s (federation) page, locate the list of connected institutions (Identity Providers) and find your own institution. Contact your institution’s IT department (the listed contact) and request that the required attributes be provided for your account.

  3. I want to link my Hrčak OJS account with my ORCID account, but I need to enter a password that I don’t know. How can I find out what my password is?

     If you are currently logged into the system, you will need to log out first. To set a new password, go to https://ojs.srce.hr/ or the specific journal’s page on Hrčak OJS and click “Login”. Then enter your username and select “Forgot your password?”. You will receive an email with a link that will allow you to set a new password.
